This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our paid services, including Premium Listings, Featured Listings, Advertising Packages, and any other paid promotions on our platform.


1. No Refund for Activated Services

Once a paid plan or listing is activated on LetsKnowIt.com, no refunds will be issued.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Premium membership or business listings
  • Featured or highlighted listings
  • Advertisement placements
  • Sponsored posts or banners
  • Any digital service already delivered or activated

Digital listing services are considered “consumed” once they go live on the platform.


2. Refund Eligibility Before Activation

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made, but the listing/plan has not yet been activated, and
  • No service, promotion, or update has been provided by LetsKnowIt.com

In such cases, customers must contact support within 24 hours of payment.


3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are charged twice or made a payment by mistake:

  • The duplicate/extra payment will be reviewed
  • Valid duplicate transactions will be refunded within 5–7 business days

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted from your account but the service is not activated due to a technical error:

  • Please contact our support team with your transaction ID
  • We will verify the payment and either
    • Activate your service, or
    • Provide a refund if activation is not possible

5. No Refund for Incorrect Information

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You entered incorrect business details
  • You requested changes after activation
  • You failed to verify or update your listing on time

We encourage all users to double-check their information before submitting it.


6. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees paid for monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans are non-refundable, even if you cancel the service before the billing cycle ends.

However, the service will continue until the end of the paid period.


7. Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Payments made during promotions, offers, or discounts are strictly non-refundable.


8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund (as per the points above), please contact:

  • Screenshot of payment (if available)

9. Final Decision

All refund approvals are subject to internal review.
