Lyle and Elsie Boudreau, a husband and wife team, launched us in 2019. Our lead technician, Lyle, is a journeyman HVAC technician with more than 20 years of expertise providing HVAC-R services for homes, businesses, and industries. Elsie, a former nurse, changed careers and became involved in the family business's bookkeeping and management. Their sons, Dylan and Austin, joined the family business as we expanded. Austin is Red Seal's first apprentice technician under Lyle, and Dylan works with Elsie to design and build our digital media, branding, and logo in addition to bookkeeping.
