The php bin/magento admin:user:create command is used to create new admin user via command line.


Syntax:   

php bin/magento admin:user:create --admin-user="your username" --admin-password="your password" --admin-email="emailaddress" --admin-firstname="User Firstname" --admin-lastname='UserLastName'

e.g :

php bin/magento admin:user:create --admin-user="admin" --admin-password="admin@123" --admin-email="info@letsknowit.com" --admin-firstname="Aditya" --admin-lastname='Singh'
