I've been working out with Dimitar consistently for the last year. I love EMS and Dimitar is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, recovery, and training in general. Its incredibly convenient and a very good workout. I've noticed a meaningful improvement in my strength and just a 30 minute session leaves me sore for days. I've also had no injuries since starting EMS and i credit that to both the strength improvement and the lack of impact. Huge fan!
