Upgrade Magento to ver 2.3.5-p1 without composer

Magento released 2.3.5-p1 that includes 180 functional fixes, 25 security enhancements, and 46 issues of community members included in this version.

In version 2.3.5-p1 there is support for Elasticsearch 7.x, upgrades to core Framework components, and the migration of the Zend framework to Laminas.

Magento strongly recommends merchants to upgrade their stores as soon as possible.

To upgrade the stores to ver 2.3.5-p1 is going to be a common business requirement for merchants, but sometimes on server end, we do not have composer installed or have some issues with composer So we can also upgrade Magento without composer.
