Team Lead call centre representative

Chennai Salary: No Barr Full time

Purpose: Team leader will be responsible to lead a team of CCREPs for effective /smooth shift operations (first line of contact for user with technical issues providing live support and off-road services) .

Education and Experience:

Min.3 years of work experience in reputed call Centre/inbound customer service as Team Leader

UG (Arts/Science)/ BE/Diploma (Mech./Auto.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing inbound and outbound voice support to the user (receiving inbound and making outbound calls to service center and customers). Reports preparation, SLA adherence with utmost quality

  • To lead a team of CCREPs for effective operations

  • Monitor Individual CCREPs performance and ensure the effective customer service

  • Coordinate with vendors & DICV for all technical issues (AMEYO, SMS gateway etc)

  • Will have a dual reporting to DICV CSC team and service partner
